Charlie Olson: And when the dinner was over that glass sat right there yet.

Bob Zybach: How old were you at that time?

Charlie Olson: I was seven.

Bob Zybach: We're looking at a driveway here that goes to a new brown house, we just passed the R.K. Jones mailbox.

Charlie Olson: There was a big rock, there was a big boulder right off there and inscription on it as if it was a marker.

Bob Zybach: Did you know anything about it?

Charlie Olson: That . . . yeah. I'm not sure, but what that is it right there, but it seems to me it was over farther. And for several years there was something there that had a cover over it. But this here had been a marker . . . a line. And that was to determine the line between the Baker place and this other place here.

Bob Zybach: Okay, this was the old survey marker then?

Charlie Olson: Yeah.

Bob Zybach: That was the old survey marker.

Charlie Olson: That's supposed to be, yeah.

Bob Zybach: Okay, and where's that located about?

Charlie Olson: Well, since this road has come down here now, I believe that doesn't belong where that marker was . . . I think it was right back yonder.

Bob Zybach: By this little fir here?

Charlie Olson: Just on the other side of this fence row. This fence row is supposed to be the line. And that was intended to be from a survey way back, but somebody arranged to have another survey and I don't know who it was. Whether it was on this side or on that side. When they surveyed it again, the line was down here a quite a little ways probably about where you see those stakes down there coming up.

Bob Zybach: You think the original survey was right here at the.

Charlie Olson: That was the original survey, but this . .

Bob Zybach: It's to the left of the driveway here.

Charlie Olson: This later one . . . this driveway wasn't here. And all these houses wasn't here.
